EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We are committed to creating the best shopping experience for you, but we understand that sometimes a situation arises where an item is not suitable for you, and you need to exchange or return it.

You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@folimoda.com, specifying the order confirmation number, your first and last name, email address or phone number, whether you want a refund or an exchange, the reason for the return, and, if necessary, attaching photos of any defects. Once the request is received, our customer service team will forward it to the appropriate department for evaluation. If approved, you will be provided with the complete procedure for making the return/exchange, including the address to which the product should be returned.

To be eligible:

  1. The returned item must be in the condition you received it.

  2. The item must be returned unworn and unwashed in its original packaging with all associated tags. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse such a return in accordance with our sales conditions.

  3. If the item is NOT returned in the same condition as when the customer received it, Eridia Boutique RESERVES THE RIGHT to refuse the exchange or refund.

Exchange or refund is NOT allowed in the case of:

a) Size errors made by the customer despite the presence of the size guide, with measurements in cm, on each product page.

Additional specifications:

A correct purchase process is not limited to consulting the size chart. It is essential that the customer measures their body and compares it with the size chart to avoid errors. Any return requests that did not follow this process will not be considered valid for acceptance.

Please note that the measurements shown on the chart may vary by 1-4 cm; this difference is not a valid reason for accepting the return.

A correct purchase process includes the recommendation, in case of indecision between two sizes, to opt for the larger size. Therefore, any return requests due to a size being too small without following this recommendation will not be considered valid for return acceptance.

b) In case of damage to the product by the customer after it has arrived at their home.

STORE reserves the right to ask the customer to send photos via email showing the defect or non-compliance of the received item.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Our company is committed to providing accurate and detailed information about the products offered, including clear descriptions, technical specifications, and images. However, it is important to recognize that individual perception may vary depending on the customer. For this reason, we want to clarify that personal expectations or subjective perceptions regarding colors, texture, material, or aesthetic aspects of the products are not considered valid reasons for a return.

We acknowledge that each customer may have a unique perception when evaluating a product. However, differences in subjective perception cannot be considered defects or inaccuracies of the product. Additionally, we would like to emphasize some important aspects:

a) Color Variation: Please note that the colors of the products shown on our website may differ slightly from the actual colors of the item. This color variation is not considered a defect or non-compliance. Therefore, it is not a valid basis for a return or refund, as such differences may depend on monitor settings or other technical factors.

b) Subjective Perception: Subjective perception or personal expectations are counterbalanced by the presence of specific information and size guides on the product pages. This information reflects as accurately as possible the real nature of the product. Therefore, personal expectations or subjective perceptions are not a valid basis for a refund.

We are committed to ensuring that product information is as accurate and transparent as possible to help our customers make informed decisions. If you have any questions or concerns about the products before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us for further clarification.

1. EXCHANGE

If the received item does not correspond to the chosen size, you have the option to exchange the item for a larger/smaller size or any other item on our website. You must return the item you wish to exchange within 14 days of receiving the package. The exchange will be shipped as soon as the package is received and inspected at our main warehouse.

2. REFUND

If your order is incorrect, you can return it and choose the refund option. You must return the item for which you want a refund within 14 days of receiving the package. The refund will be processed as soon as the package is received and inspected at our main warehouse.

IMPORTANT

You can return the package via any logistics service. Unfortunately, we DO NOT cover the shipping costs of your package, so we recommend choosing the cheapest delivery option with tracking. Any courier service is allowed for the return, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

Once the package is shipped, we need a photo of the shipping receipt. Without the receipt, we will not issue the refund.

IMPORTANT: The photo of the shipping receipt must be sent within 5 days of the return acceptance. If this timeframe is not met, the return is automatically canceled.

We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package at our main warehouse in Asia. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise indicated by the customer. If you provide us with an incorrect IBAN, the customer will be charged the cost of the re-transaction (£5) at the time of the refund.
