IF THE CUSTOMER ACCIDENTALLY PLACES OR COMPLETES THE ORDER WITH AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If the address is incomplete, we will contact the customer by email to provide a complete address so we can continue with the delivery. If the customer ignores or does not respond to our email, they will be responsible for any delay in delivery.
IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING DELIVERY:
In the event that the customer does not pick up the package for the following reasons:
- Absence during delivery
- Providing an incorrect delivery address
- Entering incorrect contact information
It will be the customer's responsibility to inform us first about the delivery issue.
After the first failed delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to pick up the order from the warehouse within 7 business days.
If the customer does not pick up the package on time, we are not responsible if the warehouse/courier destroys the order. The customer has the right to request a 70% refund.
IF THE CUSTOMER REJECTS THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY:
In case the customer rejects the order during delivery, the customer will not have the right to request a refund.
